A whole new world out there apparently, ’cause now you will never run out of butter!  Hoosier Hill Farm Real Butter powder, is $12.70, which admittedly ain’t cheap, but check the page for all the other powdered products they offer, like heavy cream and sour cream.  I think it’s great for people who might use creams occasionally for cooking and baking, but not enough keep a carton in the fridge.  And let’s face it, dairy delivery has been spotty the past couple of months.
