This is definitely a FAIL in terms of appearance!  Made yesterday for a trial run and that’s where it will end.  Mac ‘n cheese with lots of white cheddar, chipotle flakes & heavy cream, so the taste is great, but pink food paste makes it look like ground beef slime; actual appearance is even more horrible.  Those are scallops above, sautéed in butter with capers.
