Now that vaccination has been opened to almost all age groups, time to rerun this post, especially since I’ve been seeing expensive (and frankly, absurd) card holders all over.  Keep the original at home and carry a laminated photocopy.  If you get a booster shot, the original card can then be used.

Office Max/Office Depot offers free lamination of your Covid-19 card – they copy both sides and laminate that while you keep the original – through July 25th and requires you bring in the coupon (#52516714).  The Staples program ended May 1st.  No loyalty account required. Make sure the lamination completely seals all four sides because if they cut too close to the paper the seal won’t hold.
