How about Twenty-Five Cent Dinners for Families of Six?  I admit to being curious about this one.  Turns out it was originally written by the Superintendent of the New York Cooking School in 1878 and published the following year.  Lots of menus for Daily Bills of Fare.  Fascinating reading (especially since we’re trying to keep in this price range 100 years later!)
