Everything in this picture was only 47¢ OOP – AcneFree is high tax.  Used the new $2 QlearQuil coupon in February P&G, both the $1 and $1.50 Triaminic coupons in 1/24S and the $2 AcneFree coupon in 1/10S.  All coupons scanned and automatically reduced to a buck.  easy-peasy shopping!
