These Anna’s cookies are on sale this week at Walgreens – 99¢ instead of $1.99. Use the $1 coupon from 11/17 rp and enjoy free Gingersnaps! The coupon/ad shows almond thins, too, but I’ve only seen the gingersnaps variety at Walgreens. Look hard for these because they hide ’em: one store had them by crackers, another in cookies, but between a couple of large tins so they weren’t easily seen. Sheesh! Gotta work hard for free stuff now!
Remember, if you don’t like gingersnaps, these would make a great food pantry donation because they’re low tax.

with ginger snap topping. I am not a big pumpkin fan
but this looked delish and was very easy.
Just checked out the recipe – these gingersnaps will work much better than what she uses AND you can always substitute evaporated milk for whipped cream (just start with very, very cold evaporated milk and a cold bowl) and it’s even cheaper! And don’t we all have tons of free Greek yogurt around? Thanks.

My local Walgreen’s didn’t have the sale price tagged but they scanned for $0.99. I then spent five minutes educating my cashier on how to adjust the coupon down. Ugh. She spent the most time trying to tell me No but eventually the manager said Yes. Such a pain. Hopefully these are yummy!
