So once again FirstBorn & BFF travel the friendly skies of SWA to visit someplace warm where they can stay up all night and eat and drink crap – – how is this a change? This year they’re at an extended-stay motel just off The Strip, which to me would mean cooking in a kitchen – obviously we don’t think alike. Fridge is also stocked differently than mine would be.

This is a huge, more traditional taqueria like those here, with an entire back wall of fry tops. Every fast food place they’ve checked so far has had lines out the door at night; this was a mid-afternoon crowd. Hopefully this is a weekend issue, because with a city that’s still at 50% capacity and already looks like this …
