There is a $5 million settlement to be shared by anyone who purchased Dreamfields Pasta with a label that referred to “glycemic index” or “digestible carbs,” in the United States between February 2004 and July 1, 2014.  You can submit for up to 15 boxes without a receipt for B&M purchases or unlimited if you purchased directly from Dreamfields.  We bought an awful lot of Dreamfields from Dominicks and Jewel during those ten years – definitely more than 15 boxes!  Here’s a link to the page with the info and claim form.  Print it out and mail it before September 1, 2014 and receive $1.99 for each box.  Note that the $1.99 figure can be changed depending on how many valid claims are received – could be more or less.
