Dominicks and PetSmart

Twenty-five MC pot pies:  turkey, honey-roasted chicken, chicken and mushrooms; two Dannon greek yogurts (free J4U).  OOP was $13.40.  There is a $1.50 off ANY Marie Callendar pie on the last page of the $42 frozen book.  Hey, a pot pie is a pie, right?  Since they are on sale 5/$10 for the BIG ones (16.5 oz), subtract the 1.50 and you’re paying .50 each.  Unfortunately, they beeped at self-scan but the attendant put them in; don’t know if it would have worked differently with a cashier.  I used two cards to get the two yogurts free.

This is probably the last time I’m going to use those $5 store coupons; it’s getting to be way too much work.  This time they only let me use one coupon, making the comment – once again – that the font was not the same as the one from corporate.  Yeah, well, buddy, it is a legitimate coupon printed on my MAC!  Yes, PCs and Macs print out different-looking coupons.  If they don’t want us to use these coupons multiple times, why do they continue to put them out as pdfs?  dumbasses… I paid tax for the 20 packs pictured.

  1. Ok I know I have a lot of coupon questions. Sorry. I just signed up for the petperks card. I did find a petsmart coupon for $5 online, but now I am wondering if it is the one you said was counterfiet. How will I know for sure? I don’t want to drive all the way to petsmart for nothing. I appreciate your help.

    • No, the coupon you got as a new member is fine. The counterfeit ones are basically the one that I got as a member, but someone erased or somehow whited-out the middle part with your name and PetPerks number, then tried to use them. Actually, I think quite a few people did use them when the coupon first appeared.

You should be able to print out two copies of the coupon you received. This is certainly NOT a fraudulent coupon. Make sure you combine this STORE coupon with a ton of the BOGO mfr coupons. In this way you will be taking home LOTS of freebies.

  2. I was about to give you the link I gave on MUM, so I’m glad to see your friend cares about you! I do have a question about MACs and the coupon printer. I’m new to this and have been printing coupons at work PC, but not on my husband’s MAC at home because I can’t figure out how to install the coupon printer. Any advice? AND, I just started reading your blog after seeing a link on MUM, so day 2 for me. Thanks for making me smile!

    • It’s not that easy for me to answer – I was able to print out all coupons, but after my last update, no can do. I use Firefox as a browser, so when I need coupons, I switch to Safari and then I can print. None of it makes sense and I’d need a mac degree to understand it. My best advice is to open another browser just for the coupon printing. Try Safari, Firefox – even (shudder) Internet Explorer.
