Dominicks – .24 McCormick spices

Feels weird to do so much shopping at Dominicks lately.  Well, I read on CW that the Perfect Pinch McCormick spices were ringing up at .99 when you purchased three or more.  Shelf price is $4.39, so subtract for your loyalty card and then the volume discount.  Brings you down to 99¢ per jar, then hand over the 75¢ from 3/4 rp.  Now you’re talking!  Shelf tag date reads through 4/11.

This was at the Danada Dominicks where, for the second time in a row it was a completely pleasant experience.  Tyler at customer service has gotten very good dealing with coupons and couponers – he even checked the expiration dates (mid-2013) to make sure this stuff would still be good.  Stale herbs are worthless.

  1. Thanks for the heads up. Just went to Dom’s in Naperville and got 10 of the perfect pinch and 7 of the grill mates. I absolutely love the Montreal seasoning (regular and spicy) on steaks.

    • Not a mistake at all! You get one discount when you use your loyalty card and then there’s a special McCormick promotion that takes off more cash when you buy more than three at one time. Each jar drops down to .99 each, so use the .75 coupon and get them for .24. Of course, if you don’t have more than one or two coupons, the deal won’t be as sweet, but it’s still a great price for these. I’m pretty impressed with the variety of blends.

  2. Ya, I usually pay $2 (large container though) for some generic crap from Aldi or something. These are good and only $1, I’ll have to go get some. What I really am waiting for though is paper towels. I need some.

    • Yeah, these are very fresh – I used one on my free green beans tonight. And I can’t imagine any of my readers running out of paper towels after that huge run between the Homelife and Scott deals at Jewel. Remember, whenever you think you can’t fit one more roll under the bed/in the closet/at your in-laws, remember you will eventually run out and have to spend real money.

      • Thanks, but meeting up so I can save $3 on a single pack of paper towels probably isn’t worth it. Now if you wanted to sell me like 40 rolls at 25-50 cents each…

          • Case ≠ pack? Didn’t know they came in anything bigger than 8. So long as they’re not the Scott Naturals, sure I’ll take a case, however many that is (64?).
