The April P&G $1 Crest coupon reads toothpaste 3.0 oz or more, liquid gel OR Kids Toothpaste and excludes the basic lines.  My reading is that the Kids version isn’t subject to the 3.0 restriction and Dollar Tree registers agree.  Of course, they also are very accepting of the Oral B toothbrush coupons on the Healthy Clean excluded variety, so maybe they’re biased…
