Farming on water: Stackable, sustainable, in the city

When we visited Science and Industry a couple of weeks ago, one of the exhibits we saw was about building vertical towers for farming – very Popular Science-ish.  While the concept is interesting, I don’t believe that building more infrastructure is the way to go.  This article in tomorrow’s Trib shows a much better plan, is working now (not pie in the sky tomorrow), and why it’s something we can all get behind.
