cleaning up @ Target (pun intended)

photo.JPGSeveral transaction shown here, but I’ll break them down:

Bio-Oil has a shelf tag of $19.99 for the 4.2 oz size with a $5 gift card when you buy one. Price-match to Target.com where it sells for $11.99 (also with $5 gift card), then use the $2 coupon from 4/12 S and the $3 Ibotta refund and after gift card you’ll have spent only $1.99!  Haven’t signed up for Ibotta?  It’s an APP for smart phones that pays you cash for buying stuff you’re buying anyway….double-dipping!  I am currently sitting on $29.50 in my Ibotta account  Yes, it’s even possible to get cash back from FREE items!

Nivea men’s body wash money maker:  These are $3.99 each, so I bought six ($23.94) to get over the $20 hump for the $5 gift card, used 3 $3/2 Nivea printables and 4 $3 Target coupons.  OOP was $2.94 plus tax and got the $5 gift card.

Dial men’s body wash:  10% off Dial bar and body wash on Cartwheel.  Bought six for $3.99, used 2 B2G1F coupons from 6/14 rp (coupons scanned automatically for $4.49, which I didn’t notice until I got home!) and got my $5 gift card.  $7.56 after gift card.

Green works dish soap:  On clearance for $2.54 (yeah, bit whoop) and a Cartwheel for 10% off.  I return with four 75¢ printables.   Yes, it’s weird to pay so much for dish soap, but I like this brand.  Liken it to using organic whole milk and butter when I make Kraft mac ‘n cheese – – some things just defy logic…
