Ran a total of 40 transactions – gonna be lots of happy people when the order comes in! This really moves quickly at self-scan, as long as you have a bunch of change on top, ready to pay.
Been running the Chips Ahoy at Jewel for some time – if your store allows/insists on paying upfront, bring in your four (since I don’t believe there are any more on the shelves) and run them, pay your food tax and make sure your tell customer service how many you’ve pre-ordered.

No, I wouldn’t think so because then their inventory would be totally messed up.
HUH? Say that again in more detail….How many did you order? Are you going to have to do mulitple transactions when they come in to get the cats?
I ran the transactions (and am going back in a few) so that I could be certain the cats were still working. I will then add up the receipts and have customer service place a pre-paid special order for same.
Is that the Jewel in Lisle? Who should I talk to in regards to preordering? Did roll your $4 CAT or just paid $4 +tax each transaction?
Yes, it’s the Lisle Jewel. You roll your $4 cat to pay for your next transaction. That’s the beauty of it: You’re only paying .07 for each set of 4 Chips Ahoy! And you don’t preorder, you buy it and then place a special order for the total you purchased. When it comes it you pick it up. no muss, no fuss. I can’t be sure if it will be running tomorrow, though, which is why I ran it myself and suggested to all other (at any location) that they run it today. Tomorrow would be a blessing, but not guaranteed…and i like guaranteed.

Still working ran another 500 today. My store said its not an oops so let’s hope *crosses fingers*
