A very, very pleasant shopping experience, I must say – everyone was so friendly and “can I help you?” I wish I needed more stuff!  Instead I walked out with 24 quarts of the Saffron Road broth, both vegetable, roasted chicken and the majority low-sodium natural chicken  they also carry a lamb broth  Given my nature you’re all surprised I don’t get the unnatural chicken…

Total was $18.73, which included the $2.99 baguette.  So now we’re set for at least a little bit!  One quart of broth fills up the liquid measure for the rice cooker (which was the first thing I put up when we walked in).
