Ultra/Target – Wheaton

Drove up to the Ultra at Roosevelt and County Farm Road – very, very nice store (and they didn’t pay me to say that).  Unfortunately, they only had a few of the Extra Crunchy Skippy, so I used them as fillers with creamy in the three Degree transactions I ran.  First one was only deodorant, so .73, get back $5 cat.  Second and third were four Skippy and 6 Degree for an OOP of $4.08; get back $5 cat.  I couldn’t use my cat since the totals were all too little.  I’ll be hitting up the Lombard store tomorrow with MUM for Skippy-only transactions, so will use them then.

Funny aside:  While I was putting the Degree in my cart, an asst mgr looked up from whatever she was doing in the aisle and told me that they had lots more deodorant in back if I wanted it.  I asked her if I smelled that bad (but I was smiling when I said it).

Cross the parking lot to Target for Extra gum –  yes, this stuff is addicting.  Ran two boxes (20 total packs) one time:  .50.  Decided they had plenty, so threw another two boxes in the cart and go over to the next register:  total was -.33.  Yes, that’s right, a negative, which they then handed over to me.  Do not understand it and won’t even try.  Extremely friendly, happy to see a customer get a bargain, cashiers.  Does anybody know if any Targets carry the Key Lime pie?  This Target did not (no product, no shelf tag).

More coupons to print!?

As long as they keep coming, I’ll keep posting ’em!  Don’t forget that you can print out two copies of each coupon per computer (not printer), so if you have access to lots of computers…sweet and i’m jealous!

Target for Tazo and Extra (as in gum)

Nothing says friendship like accompanying MUM to Target for the sole purpose of embarrassing her – well, that’s not part of the actual game plan, just how it always works out…

You see here seven boxes of Tazo tea.  Yes, it’s crazy high to start with and even after the two stacks we’re at .79 for a 20 bag box, but it’s a high quality product, so why not treat yourself?  Isn’t that the whole point of couponing – to save enough for the occasional splurge.

Also picked up 20 packs of Extra Dessert gum.  Coupons read Desserts “or any flavor,” so if you’d prefer, say, spearmint, go for it.  I got mostly the apple pie flavor which is incredible!  Ignore what Rachel has to say about pie-flavored gum…

Gum was free but high tax.  Tea was low tax but .79 each.  I’ve given up on deciphering Target receipts without a Rosetta Stone.

Target does Tazo – and well

Target has Tazo Tea on temporary price drop for $2.79 (yikes!).  Use the $1 mfr coupon from 9/11 S stacked with this $1 off Tazo tea (exp. 11-5-1) Target coupon for .79 tea.  Note that some areas received a $1.50 – I guess we should be grateful we didn’t get a rock.  If you’re interested, CouponDede has the $1.50 for .15 each.  stole this deal from totallytarget

New Target Freebies

It's free, ain't it?

One of the coupons in the October P&G insert is for $1 off any Old Spice product 1.7 oz or greater.  Guess what size the travel body wash comes in?  Yup…check your Target trial and travel section to see if you can score some FREE bodywash.  not like we pay for this stuff, anyway, but it’s the principle of the thing…saw this on common sense with money

Target freebies

I’m putting the Target freebie stuff out separately – should be easier to find the post this way.  There is a $1 Energizer coupon in 10/2 S.  You should be aware from prior posts that Energizer also makes Eveready batteries, those $1 packs that are usually to be found in the Dollar Spot at Target.  These batteries are not known for having a long life (2 days in my mac mouse).  That said –  they’re free!

FREE Extra gum!  yeah, like we need more than the 300 packs of free Mentos from Wags

key lime pie! apple pie! kill me now!

last week… Well, since some of you are *cough* picky *cough* about what you shove in your piehole, how about some Extra?  That make you happy?  Pair the $1/2 mfr coupon from 9/25 S with the Target coupon $1 off two 15ct Extra gum packs (exp 11-12-11) for as much free gum as you have coupons (it’s .99).

Purina Whisker Lickins cat treats are priced at .94.  Stack the .75/2 from 10/2 rp with this $1Target coupon (exp. 10-11-11) for possible overage.

Target clearance

Awk!  Email just informed me that I must not have posted the Target clearance coupons I used during yesterday’s “purchases.”  Here it is, two Target coupons for $5 off any Mossimo apparel item.  Expiration dates are out over a week, so relax…

Target clearance shopping

Those Target coupons have been burning a hole in my wallet, so decided to check out the 75% off clearance racks in Woodridge.  Got six pairs of shorts for PITA, one top, dress and sweater for her, too.  I threw in a striped top for me that was more than $4.98….so OOP was $2.62.  i’ll live…

Target – Mossimo jeans as low as $6/pair – delivered!

Today only, Mossimo Supply Co. juniors bootcut jeans (medium tint wash) are priced at $16 AND on sale buy one get one free. When you add two pairs to your cart a total of $18.40 will be deducted, which brings the final cost down to only $13.60 + FREE shipping. That makes each pair only $6.80.  If you buy three pairs or more, you get an additional 25% discount.  (I added four pairs to the cart and the total was $24).  I would definitely recommend going through the Target ShopAtHome link because you’ll also earn 3% cash back (if you make a purchase within 30 days of signing up for SAH, you get an additional $5 credit).

Goddess note:  I really like these jeans, but have to point out that they do run small, so pick up at least one size larger if you’ve never worn them before.
