The blinkie boxes are still out there, but don’t know how full they are. I stocked up for just such an occurrence! So TWO freebies for each ONE coupon at Jewel! Pita loves to dip celery and carrot stocks into the herb blend ones.
Thanks to Kitty for the sharp eyes because it’s not in the ad, nor online.
Stopped in to pick up tortillas, which apparently are necessary for FirstBorn’s tacos tonight…why can’t people pick up everything at one time!!!!! Checked out Osco clearance from force of habit and saw it had been restocked with the pictured Gerber and Earth’s Best baby food and pouches. The Earth’s Best jars have an Ibotta rebate for 75¢ when you buy 3 jars, and since they’re only .35 to begin with… There is a $2/8 Gerber pouches coupon in 9/17S.

I make a point of checking out the Osco clearance, since you can get some great deals on supplements. Today had shelves of organic foods, which I mostly passed over, although I did take the two boxes of Gerber Graduate bar cookies – healthy at least. Top shelf (not shown) was all Poise bladder control products, including the sizing product on clearance for only $1.99. I’ll return with the $2 coupon from 10/1 S and pay nothing. There’s also a $2.50 Ibotta rebate, which I scanned and earned right in the parking lot, so right there, I’ve made $2.51!

There was a $1.25 Ibotta rebate on the 40ct Splenda, but that ended yesterday (larger sizes are still available). This isn’t the first time they’ve had a rebate on a free. What’s Ibotta? I scanned my receipt while I was still in the store and had the cash in my account by the time I got home — they’ve gotten really fast.

Stopped to harass the Sun Times subscription guy (oh, heck, let’s be honest – – he remembered me from years ago!) when Pita ran up yelling, the clearance cart it out! And most of what you see in the first picture ended up in the bags on my dining room table in the second shot. $100.73 OOP, but I’m up to $40+ in rebates and coupons for post-redemption so far and working on more. Tons of Rice Select medley, more Whole Earth sweeteners, Bank to Nature products, the entire top shelf of imported EVOO and more. I am stock, stoked and set for winter! Well, I could use some more black tea, but other than that…
Only put the bread in the photo because it’s on sale for 2/$5 with a $1 Ibotta rebate (limit 3), which is a great price, considering Dollar Tree has switched to mush bread. Got another six Arla blueberry spreadable cream cheese to go with! My Ibotta account was credited within two minutes! What’s Ibotta?
My OOP was $15.72, less the $3 rebate, which got me 6 cream cheese, 3 loaves of PP bread, 3 lbs of onions, 3 El Milagro corn tortillas, a Sabra guac, 2 lbs organic carrots and one head of celery.
As promised, here is the Free guac product for Monday at Jewel. This is what I thought it was, but by the time I got home I’d drawn a complete blank…and it wasn’t that full a slate to begin with, folks! Remember, you don’t need to have a MyMixx account to get the freebie.
Sabra Guac & Go is a perfect snack made with fresh Hass avocados and the crispy, crunchy deliciousness of Tostitos Rolls Tortilla Chips. Try it for FREE on Monday, October 16th! Just go to the register and say the trigger words “Fresh Avocado” to redeem. (Valid 1 per customer on 10/16 only). #WordoftheDay
Awk, they got me this time – – it’s a BOGO Blue Bunny and only one. No coupons or rebates. Add the paperless coupon to your Jewel MyMixx account by 10/15 and redeem by 10/16.
