Maybe there’s been too much Gilmore Girls binge-watching lately, but the Pop Tarts didn’t gross me out like they normally would.  And considering I got 50¢ in overage for every two boxes ($1/2 in 11/5 rp) which brought down the cost of my MyMixx BOGO … Life cereal was down to 50¢ so the 2/$1 coupon in today’s rp made them free, Cheerios were 50¢, so the $1/3 in 10/22 S made them 25¢ for every three boxes.

I also submitted the two boxes of Cheerios for a $1 rebate on SavingStar.  My OOP was $9.97 but I’m post-redeeming $9 in coupons and I got the $1 SavingStar rebate.  Oh, and the two MyMixx flatbreads.  Good haul.

One MyMixx BOGO this week:  Wewalka Flatbread. Add the paperless coupon to your Jewel MyMixx account by Sunday, 11/5 and redeem by Monday, 11/06.   There is a $1 coupon in the 10/15 S to lower your OOP.

Not only is Wasa part of a national catalaina (Buy 2 get $1.50; buy 3 get $2), it’s also earning rebates on both Checkout 51 and Ibotta.  Naturally I took advantage of them all.  The crisp ‘n light is the only variety that is $1.79 – the rest are $2.49, so not a money-maker.

Two transactions to get the most from the catalinas.  First one was 3 boxes for $5.46 which generated a $2 catalina.  Submitted to Ibotta for $2.25 (.75 each) and got it right away.  Second transaction of two was only $1.64 since I used the $2 catalina from the prior transaction and got a $1.50 cat in return.  Submitted both receipts to Checkout 51 since it was a limit 5 ($1 each rebate).  So in this case, my OOP is $5.46 plus $1.64 less $1.50 catalina, less $2.25 Ibotta less $5 Checkout 51 or $1.65 in the positive, including tax.

Wanted the Halloween candy clearance, but that ship had already sailed.  Instead it was a wonderland of pumpkin-inspired cereals, Pop Tarts and cookies.  Grabbed three boxes of pumpkin Life cereal for a buck each, which made PITA happy.  No current coupons, but one can always hope…

Jewel Large Dozen Eggs will be 88¢ on TUESDAY OCTOBER 31st for ONE DAY ONLY! (Limit 2) .  So if you’re “painting” with egg wash, you can really save!

Lots of Arla cream cheese for now and future use – dates are into next June!  This was an order placed when they went BOGO.  I think they’re doing it to push the organic carrots and celery ’cause I sure seem to be buying a lot for PITA!  Four foot receipt!
