Wanted to check out the coupons for the two products shown – the Keebler $1.50 coupon code (1/21rp) does not require any milk purchase; I was having impure thoughts about the Finlandia butter promo (Buy 2 get 1 spreadable free) since there’s that $1 coupon (1/21 S) and I was hoping against hope I could use a coupon on the freebie.  no.

Stopped in for my MyMixx freebies and found an end cap freezer with lots of seafood deals – these were originally $19.99, but now $5 (wrapped in heavy plastic, so no freezer burn worries). You didn’t seriously think I’d be serving chip and dip, did you?

Stopped at a non-local Jewel and found these Hickory Farms snack boxes on clearance for $7 and $8, so naturally I grabbed some for Super Bowl Sunday.  I also glanced at the other clearance item – – seriously?  They should be filming this end cap for Comedy Central.  When have you ever seen small jar of cloves for $13.99???  Has there been a world-wide clove shortage NPR has failed to pick up on?  Just checked on Amazon and Spice Islands is consistently several times the price of other brands, even the organic ones.  Well, slap my ass and call me Sally…

This Friday, February 2nd will be the next Jewel Facebook Freebie Word of the Day for a free can – any variety – of Artisan chili when you say “Chili” at the register.  Remember, this promo never requires a MyMixx account, so don’t let that hold you back.  This is one of their new products – they all sound tasty.

Purina is redoing their Beyond brand packaging, which means they’re clearancing out some of their normally $8.49 to $8.99 varieties for only $2.78!  No insert coupons, but they’ve kindly put tear pads of $2 coupons out on the shelves – – expiration dates of 12/31/18, so you’ll be able to save as all varieties hit the clearance point.  With high tax, each bag will run you about a buck.  Dates go into 2019 (at least the ones I’ve been finding).
