Stopped by to see what they were offering and yes, the Naperville store not only had the ad with $10/$20 coupon as you walked in, they were handing out mailer coupons along with coffee Coke, bandanas and much more, as you can see.  We picked up a sandwich with free soup; their sandwiches are on the level of Jersey Mike’s and even though the flyer says small soup, they only offer medium and large (fine print does read medium).  While half and half price has increased ($1.60/qt to $1.98), eggs remain the same.

So far we’ve gotten Easter dessert (NY-style cheesecake) and more bacon, ’cause at 50% off you can’t have too much bacon, right?  AHA was $2.99, so a nice treat.  Even though the cashier kept our coupons (weird, huh?), we have so many and they’re still in the ad in front, so who’s complaining?  We’ll stop by again for more bacon and who knows what.  Every day is different for freebies – today was Feast and Farm, tomorrow something and Flicks.

Very nice savings today on Click N’ Play toys on Amazon.  Grab a couple of these bags of balls, an empty wading pool and they’ll exhaust themselves!  Other sets include cleaning kits which they will only use as long as it’s pretend – by the time they’re able to actually be of use in the house you’ll never see them volunteer in your lifetime 🙂

Wow, life just keeps getting better and better for groceries!  This came in today’s mail and gives us two weeks of (if they return the coupon at the register like they’ve done every single time) half price groceries PLUS the BOGO on Aplenty items.  Aplenty is their private label for most everything.  AND… this coupon isn’t exclusive to the Naperville location, only stores in Illinois.

Just returned from another round of AmazonFresh discount coupon shopping – bacon is vacuum-sealed and gets popped in the freezer … and you can never have too much bacon 🙂  I like the baguettes and always get one, but these were pretty stale.  As in someone in my house left the bread out on the counter overnight and only the middle is good hard.  Even at 89¢ it’s a hard pass.  Pita noticed a couple of the cheeses were expired (one by over a month), while lots more were coming up; definitely time to reduce these babies!  DH went nuts for the coffee/espresso/latte, etc. machine and bought two cups.  Said the $1.99 price was fantastic and it tasted so good.

Used the restroom; paper towel dispenser was empty with a roll on the very top.  Obviously they’re not checking regularly.

On a positive note, though, the EV charging stations have been installed!
