Did the MUM-shopping trip this morning:  Hit up Ultra, Jewel and Dominicks. Ultra OOP was $28, but that was because I bought two packages of tilapia for fish tacos, along with two cartons of salsa from the deli and 10 avocados at .58 each. Oh, and Aunt Millie’s deluxe hamburger buns (insert jokes here).  Actually, everything other than the Jewel quart of cream was included.

The Haas avocados are “brands” if you will, but since they are not identified, you have to guess.  If you want two, I’d take two of each UPC sticker and see what scans, since one of them is Chiquita.  Why?  Here is a Chiquita Avocado BOGO coupon, with a 2/28/12 expiration date.   GO TO TOWN, PEEPS!
