I’ve checked a couple of Walgreens with no Bic pen stock and from what I’ve been hearing, it’s the same thing with you guys, too – pens on sale at Walgreens which would be free with the Bic mfr coupon, but no stock.

One reader did what I always advise you to do: price match at Walmart. Trying to stock up on Rose Art crayons or markers for donations and are stymied by Target’s 4-like coupon policy or just plain can’t find a Walgreens with stock, head on over.

already took my Target stock of pens, tape, crayons and glue to the Clothes Closet! they were happy!
don’t like paying tax even when its free so it was off to Target and specially in the evenings when the little boy cashiers just smile and say good for you!
Goddess, I tried to price match the Roseart awhile ago at Walmart and I don’t believe they carry that brand. Ugh. I believe the “CrazyArt” is the lower end brand there. I priced matched the pens here to Wisconsin though!
Rats, but you did very well to price match the Bic pens. And don’t worry, little by little we’ll all stock up. Next week we grab four-pocket folders for free at Target. So each transaction will result in 8 folders. Eventually we’ll wear them down!

Walgreens in Channahon got an order in for 300 of the pens yesterday. I did a web pickup order for amount of coupons I had (14 $1/2) I had. Picked up 28 this afternoon. Cashier said “very smart of you to get these with a web order” . She said of the 300 they got, she just put the last of them out, maybe 50 left. Also I nabbed 16 of the Reach Kids toothbrushes from 2 different Jewels.
