more free toothpaste at Walgreens

This week you can score more free Colgate toothpaste at Walgreens. Here’s my transaction, but no reason why you can’t figure out a combination that works better for you.  Once logged into your account, clip the $4/2 Colgate coupon.  Use Walgreens Rewards, pay tax and earn $4.08 in Rewards.  So much toothpaste in my stockpile 🙂

Also got 25 points from Fetch Rewards, the rebate APP that doesn’t care where, when or how you shop!

Drunk Shakespeare Live Performance

Waterproof action camera with sound

Waterproof Action Camera With Sound for only $29.99.  Includes quick clips, straps, handlebar mount, helmet mount and fixed mount. You’re getting a great deal because they packaged this as a 1080p HD camera and it’s not, it’s 720p.  A great starter kit or gift for the younger set.

WD 5TB external USB 3.0 portable drive

The main Deal is a WD Easystore 5TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive for only $89.99, but the bonus deals are always more fun, like a Bluetooth Victrola or juice extractor. Just some of the items showing up on Best Buy Daily Deals.  If it’s on the daily page, you’ll save big.

Libraries can be great seed resources

A great source of seeds can be your local library if they maintain a seed bank, especially since you’re not likely to find anything in stores now.  Lisle has lots of vegetables, herbs and flower seed packets for free and all they ask is that you return the empty packets sometime before the end of January (they’re checked out to your card like any other material).  A great deal for those of us who use AeroGardens or other hydroponic systems and grow lights during colder months.

Free Crest toothpaste after Wags cash

Since Crest deals aren’t as common as Colgate, I’m grabbing another couple of tubes.  Obviously you can swap out mouthwash with different coupons and pay a bit more.  Buy 2 tubes of the $3 Crest toothpaste marked in red (sale) and make sure you’ve clipped every digital coupon under the sun to see what sticks.  On my order the $2/2 made the most sense buying only two tubes.  Be prepared to fight the Walgreen site – I got knocked off at least ten times during various parts of my transaction.  Usually it’s just their APP that sucks.  I paid with $4 in Wags Rewards and earned $4.06 in Wags Rewards.

Don’t forget to check the clearance shelves when you pick up the toothpaste – they had a ton of cheap supplements with dates a couple of years out.
