All the news that fits – III

Which leads me to the main point, which is:  STOCK UP NOW!  Unless you’ve spent the past six months drunk as a skunk (sorry, skunks), you’ve seen the incredible shrinking coupon, along with its first cousin, the higher requirement coupon.  Seriously, catalinas are printing for $1 off 15 yogurts?!

The CVS sale on Tide starting tomorrow is a case in point:  Spend $30 and get a $10 gas card – limit five gas cards per loyalty card. Tide is $5.99, so buy five and get one $10 gas card.  Buy 25 and you’re set for quite some time, because right now we’re looking at coupons like the following:  the $2/2 coupon on the right is from the current P&G insert and the $2/3 on the left is from the one in tomorrow’s paper.  That’s a big chunk of change the consumer is being forced to give up.

So listen up and stock up.  We’ve all got ecbs to roll/burn so make the most of them.  Always cheaper to shop the stockpile.

  1. The coupon machine is printing $4 off an $8 TIde purchase so don’t forget to scan your card. It’s random as it only printed for one out of three cards.
