Here’s an article from HuffPost about those items which professional chefs (not us plebe cooks) keep and I was shocked at how many of them I already have on my own basement shelves!  Tossing in salsa – duh!  Well, now that I know what kippers actually are (and considering they’re served in every story set in England I read), it’s something I’ll have to try.   Here’s the interesting HuffPost article.
