Tried claiming this and got the red “does not match” zing on ibotta this morning. I gave up on mine but on husbands remembered if you type in the UPC and it does not match, yet it DOES match….you can take a picture of bottle front and submit for them to approve or not. It actually says “probiotic” right on front of bottle! I thought possibly it was too small when I tried mine, but any should mean ANY.
I’ve had that same situation in the past & when it was denied had them recheck & add and I got the rebate. Hope that is the case this time.
I got an email saying the probiotic drink was approved and to refresh your app and re-submit the offer. Just tried and it STILL denies it!. Then got ANOTHER email saying it IS approved and tried once again and STILL denied! I give up. 10c any item plus the 25c any probiotic drink is not worth all my time for 35c! Idiotic.
I tried probably about the same time you did and it didn’t accept it either. Total BS we can’t get rebates on stuff we didn’t pay for 🙂
