Zaycon Meaty Back Ribs are all cut from the finest Midwestern butcher-type hogs, expertly trimmed of excess fat and packaged individually 20-30% more meat than a traditional back rib. Get more of what you want – The rib meat!  The case is 36 pounds at $2.99 a pound. These are all individually Poly sleeved. I don’t think 36 pounds is that huge of an amount, frankly – a couple of get togethers would deplete your rib stockpile.  While I’ve not tried the ribs (I had chicken and ground beef), there has not been one complaint about the quality of any of their products.
