Planning on buying a large roaster chicken for Easter, since we’re not big ham folks here – I mean, how much split pea soup can one family eat – even though FirstBorn made a stink.  So when this beauty called out to me from the discounted meat section last night, I just had to grab it.  As Pita said, we’ll use a freezer chicken as well and make more space for future ice cream deals!
