I hate the woo-hoo! posts you see all over, mostly touting non-deals this is legitimate ’cause you can score some super deals over the next few days.

Here’s the Redemption instructions:

1. Take $10 off your next purchase of $25 or more on LivingSocial.com when you use promo code “AUG10.”
2. Add Deal by clicking “Buy Now” button on the Deal information page.
3. Click on “Redeem promo code” during purchase process.
4. Enter code “AUG10” and hit apply.
5. The amount of the savings will be reflected on the final purchase confirmation page.

What does this mean? You will only see the savings on the final purchase confirmation page, so make sure it’s good to go before you hit Buy (I don’t save credit card info, so no expiration dates or security codes to mess things up).  Also, it’s limit one code per credit card, so go crazy!
