Only thing that appeals to me so far for next week is using the $5 RRs with the $1/1 from 3/06s (expires 3/26, sorry), or 2/27 S (spanish inserts – Hoy?) or the Spring D&Y on the 2/$6 get $4 RR Colgate Total deal. MUM reports that the 3/27 You won’t need a filler, you didn’t really pay for the RRs, so why not stock up? My stockpile test: It won’t go bad; you will always need it; there will not be a design change. PASS! Use this week to pick up those D&Y mags whenever you hit a Wags or two or three… There’s nowhere near as many coupons as prior issues, but at least the expiration dates are end of May and June. The Gain dish soap will be .89 with in-ad coupon; the P&G coupon books each contain 2 $1/1 coupons and most of you have multiple books. ‘nuf said
The week of 4/03 is also looking cruddy right now. Another Colgate deal on the 6 oz size of the Max- line; buy 1 for $2.99 get $3RR. So if you wanted to wait that extra week to roll the RRs, you could use the $2 Plackers and $1 Osteo because right now there aren’t any mfr coupons. In the above case, stick in a .29 Easter candy for filler.
Week of 4/10 has a MM on Luster White toothpaste: $4.99 with a $4 RR and this $1.50 coupon. While I can’t say it’s unlimited print – I’m running out of paper here! HURRY before they either fix this glitch or hit the print limit. I’ve told Steve to order lots, but if you are interested in special orders, please call as soon as possible. Steve will be on vacation next week, but Richard will take the info. Steve has asked that we limit our specials to 20 each since his payroll almost doubled (and he’s getting shit from his DM – or would that be BM). But then we all have DH, DS, DD, MIL, BIL, right (x20). This is one reason why I am trying so desperately to bring in the Lisle Wags so we can handle our orders. By the way, I do believe that the Lisle Wags situation will be straightened out very, very soon. So at least that’s good news there. And there are preliminary talks with another Wags in close proximity to our current ones.

I got 20 osteos today. They are very well stocked in the city. My mom is going to feel like a teenager she turns 64 tomorrow. Cashier was so pissed…she was trying eveything in her power for me not to use my coupons…i walked out just dandy with my ten here and ten there. A lot of the diet and diet cleansers are clearanced. And if you want a wii…I was also tempted with all my almay RR they have them everywhere in Chicago for 169.99 me thinks. I also noticed battery razors are dramatically clearanced. For diet pepsi lovers: 4/3-4/9 Pepsi will be 4/$13 – $3 RR = $4/$10. If diet pepsi is included, use $0.75/1 diet pepsi 12 pack MQ and you will be only paying $1.75/pack. Time for me to stock up. BTW, I believe only MI got that coupon. If I have RR left, I may use it to do an early Christmas shopping at Wags.
Wags has a call in to the buyer and catalina corp to verify that Diet Pepsi will generate the RR. Normally, I’d say of course, but the Wags Coke Zero coupon worked on Diet Coke for a couple of weeks, then – boom – only Coke Zero. Better to be safe than sorry. I’ll update as I learn.
Rolling sceanarios do suck, but I read that Staples has 2 free 20-Packs of Duracell Batteries : Starting Sunday, 3/27 You’ll pay for the batteries and receive 100% back in Staples rewards. You must be a rewards member, but it is quick and easy to sign up in-store. Limit 2 FREE packs per card.
Which is great news because I have a $19.50 rewards check expiring 3/31 and a mac mouse and keyboard which EAT batteries (if I put in those free Eveready ones I get two days only).

Sandy, it will stop you a few times, but just close out and go back in to do the the full 100 limit if you want more, more, more dammit. Here’s where I digress though. I have 9($10 Tenas) 3 ($2 Methods) & 5 ($1Osteos- useless $1 RR!) & 1 ($5 Almay) left. They all expire before the Luster White kicks in and I don’t think I want to add any rooms to my colgate condo. So in retrospect, prolly was a bonehead thing to do to print out that many cpns. They won’t go to waste though because I give them to my Poor Friends Network I have, 17 members and counting who love having white shiny teeth!
help me out, what am I missing? Luster White is a $.50MM after coupon, so after tax, hardly anything and if I am doing this to extend the Almay RR date, I would need a filler, so really not much of a deal… what am I not seeing?
That’s what I was wondering too.
I thought I had replied already, but the system froze and I guess the reply did too!. Anyway, we are not using cash to pay for this stuff, remember? We’re taking the $4.99 less the $1.50 coupon ($3.49) pay with the Colgate $3 from prior week adding a small filler (small Easter candy?) and get back your $4 RR. It’s all about rolling those cats until some great deals start showing up, either at Wags or at Jewel.
