Cyber Monday Week: 20 FREE Holiday Cards + Free Shipping on orders $25!  I know I tend to drone on about Vistaprint, but they are just that good. Used them for years and never had a problem that wasn’t immediately resolved in my favor. In fact, a friend ordered cups, pens, etc. and accidentally cut off one line of her address. They redid that part of the order for no extra charge (except shipping). And it was completely her own fault!

I called them today because my last order (earlier this month) was supposed to be pretty much free after using the $80 familyfinds! voucher from a few months back.  Nothing they could do would get the voucher code to work.  They suggested paying the full amount and then Vistaprint would issue back a credit to Paypal within a few days.  Sounded like a plan, except that the credit never materialized.  The customer service person this morning apologized, asked me for the familyFINDS! voucher number and then immediately issued a credit with confirmation emails.
