Deal has changed very little since I stocked up last February, and the bottom line remains the same:  Very Cheap Mascara and Eye Liner!  Combine the Buy one Revlon cosmetic item get the second for 50% off sale at CVS this week with the BOGO Revlon coupon in the 9/11 S and you’ll be getting both eyeliner and mascara for very little!  As you can see, my mascara was $9.49 and eyeliner was $4.49 after the 50% off discount.  And as in February, the BOGO coupon scanned at $11.69, bringing my subtotal to $2.29.  I switched to this mascara after the last deal – no raccoon eyes, yet washes off with soap and water in the shower.
