Target has issued a press release with current Holiday Season plans.  A couple of biggies I see is on December 4 guests will save 10 percent on Target GiftCards. Guests also will save with free returns and an extended Price Match Guarantee, which enables them to price match any purchase made Nov. 1 through Dec. 24, excluding Thanksgiving through Cyber Week.  Read the full press release here.
