Target has an Olay promotion running through November 18: Buy one signed item and get the second for 40% off.  Welllll, buy two of the $5.99 signed Olay Regenerist cleansers, use the $4 coupons from the single page Olay ad in the 9/7 paper, plus a 5% Cartwheel and you will pay less than $2 for both tubes (including high tax).  I ran this in sets of four and my OOP was $3.61, which I paid with my Care Free gift cards; had I used my REDcard, the total would have been 5% less.

Note that Cartwheel says excludes cleaners – – it lies, but for how long?
