We have an opportunity here to combine sale prices, gift cards and gift card coupons here and I’m grabbing it! This week Target has the 25 oz bags of Purina Beggin’ Strips on sale for $8.54 (not that big a deal, since it’s only 50¢ cheaper than normal shelf price) and a $5 gift card with each two purchased. There is also a $10 Target gift card coupon in the 12/14 S (EXP 12/31) which scans beautifully! You will pay $17.08 plus tax and get back $15 in gift cards! Rinse and repeat! Use your REDcard and your price drops another 5%. I paid about 62¢ a bag.
Certain regions got manufacturer coupons in the 12/7 S ($3/2 or $2/3), but here in Chicago we got squat so we pay a little more.
Oh, and the Holiday candy has dropped to 50%. or so i’ve heard…
