While clearing the shelves of PurinaOne at the Lombard Target yesterday, I passed a clearance endcap in the health/beauty section loaded with Garnier HerbaShine hair color for $3+ (forget exact amount, but less than $3.50).  Use the $3 coupons from 1/08 rp to get this stuff dirt cheap.  Sorry I didn’t make a list of colors, but no odd colors stood out.

Check your local Targets because this may be a chain-wide clearance.
