Ok, so I have rain checks for 24 quarts of Chobani yogurt expiring tomorrow…the problem is not that I need/want 24 quarts of yogurt (smart ass), but that I have been unable to buy more than a couple at a time during any of my trips throughout the past six weeks. Except for one time when I snatched up eight and relinquished one rain check. But still, six weeks? The cooler at the SuperTarget in Warrenville was stocked, but still not enough to finish off the rain checks. CS was unable to extend the dates (register kept spitting it back out), so instead substituted the plain yogurts (my choice), then sent someone to the register as I was checking out to make certain everything went smoothly. Which it did. So my total for the yogurt came to $29.30, a considerable savings from the original $150 price. woot!
you could give half the rain checks to Rachel and the other half to me! see, problem solved. heeheehee
Rachel has already gotten a bunch of this stuff. See, when they only had a few in stock, they would hand the rain check back to me at the register. I probably bought 40+ cartons of this stuff in total. and yes, i did try to stick her with more, but she would have none of it! I was able to sell one from my trunk for $3, so that helped with the .50 tax. I guess I should just run a Sinex/MotrinPM/Swiss Miss/Chobani promotion.
better yet, you should open your own convenience store! Go into business for yourself! hahahahahahahahaha!
