Tanga has this Audio Activated Mini-DV DVR Video Camera for only $9.99 (retail $79.95).  I realize it’s probably a piece of junk, but it still looks like a neat toy for big and little kids alike.  This is the smallest digital video on the world it says – who am I to argue?
