Styx + Joan Jett and the Blackhearts

Two of rock’s most important bands hit the stage for a co-headlining tour as Styx and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts promise to rock the house at Chicago’s Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island on Saturday, July 7 at 7 pm. With megahits like “Renegade,” “Come Sail Away” and “Fooling Yourself,” the arena rock gods of Styx took the world by storm in the ’70s and ’80s, and the group continues to prove their lasting power and appeal. Known as the Godmother of Punk, Joan Jett first came to fame as part of The Runaways, scoring hits like “Cherry Bomb,” before starting a career with her band The Blackhearts that includes favorites like “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.” Joining this iconic duo on tour is platinum-selling group Tesla.
