Another email offering discounts, this one is for Rockport shoes.  The Rockport site says free shipping on all orders and signing up for their emails gets you 20% off your first order.  Nowhere on the site does it say “up to 20%” – the only thing I read is that it’s only available to new subscribers.  Naturally I checked out the sale section, which is offering some 25% off already, so a chance to get a great deal on some very well-regarded footwear.
