And you know the Restaurant.com drill by now:  They never expire; automatically converted to blank gift certificates if restaurant closes or leaves program; you can change your mind on a voucher by calling customer service (in the US!).  What’s the down side?  I’ve never found one and I’ve been using them for years as have many of my friends.
