I’m saying it over and over and over because I just joined, took a couple of very interesting short quizzes on different aspects of recycling and earned 80 points. Granted, I still need 2,420 more points to score a $10 gift card, but it’s a start.
Seriously, this is one of those sites, like swag bucks and MyRewards (Coke), that I knew I should join, but never quite making that leap. So now I’m with swag bucks, MyRewards and Recyclebank. I like the instant gratification of using points for high-value printable coupons.
I drool and wish for recycle bank. The Chicago trash mob (and Unions) keep them out of the city. It is a total bummer for me.
I know what you mean. When I drive to relatives houses in the city I see the very large garbage cans and only the occasional blue bag. In this suburb you pay for garbage pick up, either with a bag sticker or a monthly fee for the can – recycling is free. If you don’t hit people in the wallet, it won’t catch on. Most people are lazy and stupid. Except for my readers, obviously.
