Seriously, though, NPD, as with all reputable survey sites, looks to fill certain demographics. Once those needs are met, the door is shut. Being turned down in the past will have no bearing on your eligibility this time around.

No, not true at all. I wouldn’t waste my time on stupid sweepstakes, frankly. You build up for good stuff. They’re running some extra sweepstakes deals where gift cards are handed out randomly, so that’s my guess what you read.
