Purina One comes in small boxes/bags at Walmart for pretty cheap, making these almost free. and free is good. If you’ve noticed lots of Tide end cap clearance deals lately, it’s ’cause P&G’s bringing out a Tide basic line (New Coke Tide?) to lure in those consumers who perceive Tide as the best, but can’t afford it. Call them the non-couponers.  My prediction is that people who now spring for Tide will try the cheaper one and say “Hey, this stuff is just as good.”  The real danger could come from those same people then saying “Hey, maybe the other stuff might work good, too!”  What I do predict is finding lots of clearance Tide so print, clip and carry.  The cat littler is a new product I’ve also been seeing lots of during my very frequent visits to Target…expect good sales.
