Used some reward points and ordered this book on the 23rd – it arrived yesterday!  Shipping is FREE. Pinecone has a large inventory (I checked for a few books and they carried them all).  If you’ve applied to Pinecone in the past (even recently), try again.  They pay $3 a survey and  you only get surveys for which you qualify – none of those 10-page prequalify time-wasters.
