Use the $3 coupon from 7/27 S1 (expires 8/23) at Walmart for either money-making (yellow sensitive pack) or small charge Comfort 3) razors. I picked up 26 in total of both kinds and my subtotal was $1.08 plus high tax of 5.73!  This $3 coupon appears every few month and I always use it at Walmart because they have the more of the low-cost razors.
