Target has a B1G1 50% off promotion on maxi skirts this week; add the 50% off Cartwheel and you’ll spend much, much less!  These skirts were tagged $24.99, rang at $19.99 and, after the $10 maxi discount and $15 Cartwheel discount came to $14.98 (plus tax).  Paid with my REDcard and saved another 75¢
