I was going to hold off on this post until much closer to the date, but I’ll do a reminder the day before…if I remember!

On Saturday, January 26, all 12 Chicagoland Jet’s stores will give away FREE slices of its signature deep dish pizza (one per person) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  In addition, the first 50 people at each store will receive a FREE Jet’s Pizza t-shirt.

Jet’s Detroit-style, square deep dish pizza with a crunchy crust is the pizza the Michigan-based chain is best known for. Jet’s prepares its dough FRESH daily at each store and uses premium mozzarella cheese and only the finest quality toppings—inspiring the company slogan, “Life is short. Eat better pizza.

Customers can “flavorize” their crust for free with a choice of eight flavors: butter, poppy seed, Parmesan, garlic, Cajun, Romano, sesame seed and Jet’s Turbo Crust ®. Jet’s invented its 8 Corner Pizza®–eight square deep dish slices, each with its own corner crust—to end family arguments over the coveted corner slices.

Jet’s menu also offers hand tossed round and thin crust pizzas, salads, wings, breadsticks and subs for carry out or delivery.  Single slices of deep dish square cheese and pepperoni pizza are always available to grab and go.

Here’s a sad truth:  There is a Jet’s pizza next to my bank and PetSupplies Plus and across the street from Walgreens and my favorite car wash.  And have I ever stopped in?  No!  Other people have raved about Jet’s pizza, so come January 26th I’ll see what all the fuss is about.
