Last July I opened a box of Ideal brand sweetener (from Meijer) and found that the contents of most of the packets had lumped-out (my technical term). Oddly enough, the second package from the same order was fine. Called customer service and they investigated. This morning I received a call from them saying that: 1) mine was the first in a group of similar complaints 2) they were replacing the paper packets with foil (to eliminate humidity issues during transport) and 3) they were mailing me out a replacement. My shipping info had never made it into the database and they had been unable to ship before.
Sometimes all it takes is a phone call…
