It reads “Register today to receive expert advice, exclusive savings and special offers from HUGGIES Brand.”  I admit to being completely out of the loop on this sort of stuff, but if I needed it and there was a chance to score some freebies or high-value coupons, I’d be all over this like Kim Kardashian on a photo op.
